Refund Instructions

Malfunction Category:

A full refund can be issued if the machine cannot connect due to network failures.

Description mismatched:

If the product received differs from the website's promise, a full refund can be requested.

None of the above problems:

If the network meets the quality promised on the website, and the user requests a refund due to not meeting personal expectations, a 20% service fee will be deducted from the total order amount.

Specially marked products follow special markings. Refer to the actual product description.

If the service is within our promised scope, full refund requests will not be accepted.
Any service fees paid are non-refundable.
